Job Description

• Execute Green Mark Certification projects and ensure achievements of targeted rating within the timeline
• Execute Energy Saving projects and ensure achievement of targeted savings
• Work on local and overseas sustainability related projects
• Manage and lead clients, project teams and various stake holders toward a more environmentally sustainable design
• Coordinate with clients, project teams and various stake holders for collection and compilation of data, calculation, verification, ratings submission, etc
• Assist in the preparation of progress payments claims and variation orders where required

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in M&E, building services, sustainability or related engineering field
• At least 2 years of professional ESD experience
• Ability to identify innovative solutions to problems
• Proactive, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Must have initiative and possess desire to learn
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team
