Environmental Tester in , United States

Responsibilities & Essential Functions (not all inclusive):
Perform compliance testing and/or inspections at petroleum fueling locations
Meet due dates noted in the work orders for the compliance work
Complete all required local, state, or federal paperwork promptly and professionally
Follow customer protocols and procedures, including the customer's safety and housekeeping guidelines
Maintain inventory levels to achieve an acceptable first-time fix rate
Self-motivate, self-start, and manage time effectively to meet critical deadlines
Work independently without constant direct supervision and function effectively as part of a team
Properly use standard hand tools and job-specific equipment
Requirements:

A mechanical background along with a history of working with hand tools, experience in trades, and/or experience in any industrial/commercial settings
Ability to lift 10-50lbs as well as frequent kneeling, bending, handling, reaching, and standing
Must be capable of climbing ladders to install and retrieve equipment
Ability to work independently and communicate well
Ability to learn and utilize computer applications, smartphones, and ticketing systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
Knowledge of applicable laws, safety, and technical protocols is a plus
Basic knowledge of technology - tablet/phone/computer - for documentation
