As a member of the Food and Beverage team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our award-winning restaurant, Natural Nine, along with Onyx Sports Lounge and Lotus Room, enhancing our unique entertainment at the Casino. The F&B Team at Casino Canberra and Natural Nine Restaurant are passionate about delivering modern and innovative Chinese cuisine, pub classics and extensive drink options balanced with an enjoyable patron experience.
To be successful in this environment Ideally you will

Requirements
Due to the nature of these roles, all applicants must be
- An Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents or have an unrestricted right to work indefinitely in Australia
- 18 years or older to apply
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee Licence which involves criminal and financial checks (follow the link for licence conditions)
- Available to work on a rotating roster including shifts on days, nights, weekends and public holidays
