In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with internationally renowned clients and gain insight into how e-books for global brands are produced—it's a chance to fully leverage your project management expertise.

[NPI Project Management]
1. Project Initiation：Led kick-off meetings post-project award to define project scope and team responsibilities.
2. Early-Stage NPI：Directed resource integration and Feasibility Study (FS) evaluations.
3. Late-Stage NPI：Rigorously managed project timelines to ensure on-time product launch (Time-to-Market).

[RFI/RFQ Process Management]
1. Led the integration of all technical solutions, timelines, and quotations.
2. Delivered competitive and risk-managed RFQ proposals.

[Risk Management]
1. Skilled in cross-functional risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

[Team Leadership]
1. Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams (R&D, QA,MFG) to proactively resolve complex issues during development and MP.

[Skills & Domain Knowledge]
1. Proficient in delivering presentations and leading high-level meetings entirely in English with major brand clients.
2. In-depth knowledge of E-paper (Electronic Paper) product development.
