Epic Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist will provide technical support essential for the success of our Canadian commercial insurance department. You will be responsible for the new and renewal billing process and will aid the Revenue Operations team in other technical and clerical duties as assigned. Primary job functions include\:
• Prepare Canadian commercial insurance invoices in Epic agency management system
• Perform data quality checks and provide account teams with process guidance and status updates
• Work with tax teams to ensure accurate data capture and tax filings
• Assist with accounting reconciliations and quality controls between systems
• Deliver timely and effective client service to internal account teams
• Complete other technical and clerical duties as assigned
• Participate in educational and knowledge training opportunities
