Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is a non-profit corporation that provides culturally sensitive health care to the American Indian population. OKCIC services include not only basic medical care but also dental, optometry, behavioral health, fitness, nutrition, and other family programs.

The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is implementing Epic, and we're looking for an experienced Epic Continuous Educator to lead ongoing training, workflow optimization, and user adoption across the organization.

In this role, you'll work alongside clinical leaders, operational teams, Epic analysts, and Principal Trainers to ensure employees have the knowledge, confidence, and support they need to successfully use Epic. From classroom instruction and personalized coaching to at-the-elbow support and system optimization, you'll play a key role in improving efficiency, adoption, and patient care.

Requirements:

  • Provide direct, on-the-floor workflow optimization and system efficiency training to clinical and administrative staff
  • Analyze user utilization analytics (e.g., Epic Signal data) to identify adoption gaps and deliver targeted personalization support
  • Partner with Principal Trainers and core analysts to modify training curricula based on user issues
  • Transition focus dynamically toward full-time Epic support as implementation timelines approach system go-live milestones
  • Deliver continuous system upgrade education and lead efficiency workshops to maximize organization-wide system return on investment
