Position Overview:
The Non-Technical Program Coordinator provides essential administrative and project coordination support for cross-functional initiatives across OCHIN. This role supports the planning, execution, and tracking of internal programs and processes, ensuring efficient scheduling, documentation, and communication. The Non-Technical Program Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining smooth workflows and helping align departmental activities with organizational priorities.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and internal communications to support program execution and interdepartmental coordination.
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, updates, and outcomes using internal tracking systems and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to track project milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.
- Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
