Epic Radiant/Lumens Analyst

Configures, optimizes, and supports Epic Radiant and Lumens applications for imaging, gastroenterology, and endoscopy workflows in a healthcare setting.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant/Lumens Analyst for a Texas-based healthcare organization. This is a direct-hire, primarily remote opportunity with periodic onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting both Epic Radiant and Epic Lumens, with expertise in imaging, gastroenterology, and endoscopy workflows. This individual will play a key role in the ongoing optimization, enhancement, and support of Epic clinical applications across procedural and imaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, test, maintain, and optimize the Epic Radiant and Lumens applications.
- Support radiology, gastroenterology, endoscopy, and procedural clinical workflows through Epic application design and optimization.
- Partner with physicians, clinicians, operational leaders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions.
- Participate in new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, patient safety, and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
- Develop test plans, coordinate integrated testing, and support change management and go-live activities.
- Create user documentation, provide end-user training, and assist with knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with other Epic application teams to ensure seamless integration across clinical workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Radiant Certification
- Epic Lumens Certification or demonstrated Lumens build/support experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, four (4) additional years of relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Epic application analyst experience, including hands-on build, configuration, testing, and support.
- Experience supporting Epic Radiant, with knowledge of imaging workflows and clinical operations.
- Experience supporting Epic Lumens and gastroenterology/endoscopy workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience working within a complex healthcare system or integrated delivery network.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting additional Epic clinical applications such as Cupid, OpTime, or Cupid/Radiant integrations.
- Knowledge of Epic interoperability, interfaces, and integrated clinical workflows.
- Experience with Epic upgrades, implementation projects, optimization initiatives, and go-live support.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience working in an academic medical center or large multi-hospital health system.
