The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is implementing Epic, and we're seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing Application Analyst to help design, configure, and optimize the technology supporting our professional billing and revenue cycle operations.
In this role, you'll partner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Patient Access, clinical departments, and operational leaders to build workflows that improve charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and billing accuracy. Your work will help ensure providers are reimbursed accurately while supporting a seamless financial experience for patients.

Requirements:
- Configure and maintain the Resolute Professional Billing account infrastructure, service fee codes, and automatic posting parameters
- Build and optimize charge review, claim error, and administrative follow-up workqueues (WQs) to streamline billing workflows
- Design system-based credit split rules, collection parameters, and patient statement generation processes
- Conduct validation testing for charge router logic to ensure clinical actions transfer accurately into financial billing statements
- Provide analytical support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve systemic billing leakages or payment posting delays
