Epicor Manager

Job Summary
Serve as both strategic leader and hands-on administrator for Epicor Kinetic across all East West business units — owning the multi-year ERP roadmap while personally managing day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement, and leading migrations and go-lives for newly acquired or converting entities. This role combines end-to-end platform ownership with hands-on execution, acting as the single point of accountability for both roadmap direction and daily system reliability across every Kinetic site.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary business/technical owner of the ERP platform, driving the strategic roadmap with PMO and leadership
- Mentor and develop a core team to support roadmap execution
- Manage ERP support queue: triage, resolve, escalate issues, and document root causes/fixes
- Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, App Studio customizations, dashboards, UDFs, and SSRS/Kinetic reports
- Administer DMT and data-load processes for master data and transactional corrections
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality to align ERP configuration with business needs
- Enforce change control: document, test, and approve all changes before production deployment
- Coordinate with Epicor Support, hosting providers, and consultants on tickets, upgrades, and licensing
- Maintain system documentation, security model, and operational runbooks across all companies
- Provide leadership updates on ERP risks, priorities, roadmap progress, and investment needs
- Lead ERP migration workstreams for new sites/business units, including scope, data mapping, cutover planning, and hypercare
- Align ERP tasks with PMO's master project plan; provide effort estimates, milestone/risk reporting, and cross-team coordination
- Build and validate data conversion templates (customers, suppliers, parts, BOMs, routings, orders, inventory, AR/AP)
- Reconcile converted data with source systems and secure sign-off from Finance/Operations
- Execute UAT/mock loads and multiple conversion cycles; log and resolve defects pre-go-live
- Configure new sites to global standards (chart of accounts, warehouses, part classes, costing, tax, Incoterms, multi-currency)
- Deliver end-user training, job aids, and on-site/extended-hours cutover support
- Maintain integration/reporting continuity (Azure SQL, Power BI, MES/FactoryLogix, EDI) during migrations
- Produce post-go-live issue logs and lessons learned to improve future rollouts
