At Abodo, we're looking for an Epicor Kinetic Support Specialist to work as part of a small agile team taking ownership of our cloud-based ERP environment and help shape how technology enables our business to grow and perform. Working across sales, production, operations, supply chain and finance, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising processes, enhancing user experience, and unlocking the full potential of our Epicor Kinetic platform.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Epicor Kinetic Support Specialist, you'll:
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Epicor Kinetic users.
Configure, customise and enhance the Epicor platform to meet evolving business needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities and deliver practical ERP solutions.
Support upgrades, releases and system enhancements while ensuring business continuity.
Develop training resources, provide user guidance, and champion system adoption throughout the organisation.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
Epicor experience is highly preferred. Candidates with strong Application Studio, SQL, and C# expertise will also be considered.
Strong Epicor Kinetic experience across one or more modules, ideally including sales, planning, manufacturing, supply chain or finance.
Experience with Epicor development and automation tools such as Automation Studio and Workato.
A proven ability to analyse business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience within manufacturing, supply chain or an ERP-driven environment.
