Probationary Period: 90 days – Full time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)
Classification: Class A Gaming Licensure
Driver’s License: Level 0 No Driver’s License required.
Rate of Pay: $21.34 to $24.01
- Supervises the Épique Rewards Representatives. Recognizing that each employee is a representative of the Casino, and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers.
- Trains individuals in the department to promote the property and all its’ areas.
- Maintains filing and records system for the department.
- Completes all required paperwork and reports.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to casino players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with players to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience.
- Accurately enter and update player information into the casino’s database.
- Ensure all player details are correct and up-to-date, maintaining the integrity of the data.
- Work closely with other casino departments to ensure smooth operations and player satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management on program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work well within a team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems.
- Provides customer service in a manner that demonstrates a good working knowledge of all services and promotions at the casino properties. Communicates with and provides services to the guests in a manner which promotes the casino and sets an example of the highest quality of customer service.
- Knowledge of computer applications including word processing, databases and/ or data entry, spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook is required.
- Appropriate work attire is required.
- Must attend all mandatory department training.
- Must attend all required Title 31 and/or SAR training.
- Ability to obtain a gaming identification badge to work in and around Casino property and facilities.
- Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees, band members and/or clients.
- Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
- No Driver’s License required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of Gaming or Marketing experience preferred.
- One-year Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong ability to lead by example, inspire, and motivate others is required.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both players and team members is required.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is required.
- Demonstrated positive customer service, communication and listening skills.
- Skill in data entry.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.
- Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation’s Personnel Policies.
- Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.
- Operations are conducted seven days a week and on holidays.
- May be required to be available on call and to work extended hours
- Some travel may be required.
- Sedentary work with walking and standing required.
- Subject to inside environmental conditions, including work in a smoking environment.
- Lifting, bending and carrying up to 25 pounds, standing and or sitting for long periods of time
