EPM Application Subcontractor

Provide support to customers and internal environments, maintaining products and applications. Solving any incidents or problems, analyzing and applying any requested changes, and working on any service request that may arise. Be a referent within the support team and provide technical guidance. Be able to undertake projects in coordination with customer, PM and Supervisor.

Responsibilities
Investigation and resolution of problems, troubleshooting and tuning of specific Oracle software (e.g. Oracle EPM, HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, OBBIEE, ODI) and OS (e.g. Unix based, and MS Windows). Software upgrades and installations. Best practices recommendations, and applications’ migrations. Knowledge Sharing and provide trainings within the team.
