1. 新產品導入（NPI）專案管理：管理從設計初期到量產階段的整體專案時程與里程碑，確保產品導入流程（PCBA 與系統層級）順利推進。
2. 跨部門與跨國溝通協調：協調團隊資源，推進專案進度，與海外客戶及內部團隊密切溝通專案進展與設計變更。
3. 應對設計變更與緊急專案排程：在時程緊湊或需求變動情況下，迅速調整計畫並確保交付品質與時效。

Requirements

學歷：大學、碩士
Minimum qualifications:
1.3 years of experience in program or project management
2.Experience managing NPI for PCBA and system level
3.Being prepared for up to 20% travel to Mexico for NPI build
4.Ability to work under pressure with constantly design changes and deadlines.
5.Knowledge BOM, process flow, assembly, and test process
6.Proficiency in English

Preferred qualifications：
1.Experience working in RFQ and NPI of electric vehicle project
2.Spanish is a preferred
3.Located in Mexican factory after training section completed in HQ
