As an Equal Employment Manager (Deputy Division Chief), at the full performance level you will perform the following duties: Manages the agency's EEO program, including counseling, mediation, compliant investigations, corrective actions, training and compliance reporting, case management, investigations, training and compliance functions. Safeguards fair and equitable treatment of employees and applicants under applicable civil rights laws and Executive Orders. Establishes a trusted channel for employees and applicants to raise and resolve EEO related concerns. Supervises a team of EEO specialists, investigators, and mediation staff. Delivers the agency's EEO program service-wide, supporting employees across law enforcement, professional, administrative, technical, and clerical occupations. This announcement closes on 09/15/2026 for receipt of applications. Due to high volume of applicants, the first 100 applicants will receive first consideration.
