EQUAL EMPLOYMENT MANAGER

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the installation Equal Opportunity (EO) Manager. The position is principal advisor to the Delegated Appointing Authority Commander on EO and conflict resolution matters.

Serves as the principal EO advisor to the Installation/Center Commander (Director) and senior leaders Performs EO trend analysis and organization climate surveys Installation Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Manager. Implements a comprehensive and effective installation ADR plan which advocates the use of ADR as the primary conflict resolution option used in conflicts (work place disputes, unfair labor practices (ULPs), EO complaints); coordinates with Staff Judge Advocate office, Civilian Personnel Section, and local union officials prior to implementation Represents the installation to a variety of functional area organizations Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities
