This increasing demand has resulted in a need for an Equipment and Machinery Trainee to support the team in ensuring customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Assisting the maintenance, service and repair of elevated work platforms (EWP's) and boom lifts
- Assist with the pre-delivery checks of machines
- Providing support to the technician as required
- General cleaning duties and overall presentation of the workshop
- Maintain attention to detail and safety

Given that this position requires someone with strong customer service skills, your ability to communicate with customers effectively and in a professional manner is essential. The successful candidate will need to be:
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Effective in time management
- Able to demonstrate technical problem solving ability
- Customer and safety focussed
- Able to work autonomously
- Familiar with EWP, mobile plant or related industries (an advantage)
- Possess Test and Tag certification (an advantage)
