Location: Yishun, Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,800 per month
Working Schedule:
3 / 4-day alternate work week
12-hour rotating shifts
Shift Hours:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Job Description
We are looking for an Equipment Associate Engineer to support the maintenance and operation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production activities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot equipment faults and perform root cause analysis to restore normal operations promptly.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and manufacturing productivity.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, qualification, calibration, and upgrading of production equipment.
Work closely with Production, Process, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, standard operating procedures, and spare parts inventory.
Assist with engineering evaluations, equipment modifications, and new product introduction activities as required.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or advanced electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Familiarity with PVD equipment, vacuum systems, thin-film deposition equipment, semiconductor production equipment, automation systems, or similar manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom attire during working hours.
Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including day and night shifts.
