Equipment Development Technician
Primary Function:
Responsible to support Smart Factory equipment operations and improvement projects. This role focuses on routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting engineers with equipment upgrades and system integration. The Equipment Technician ensures production machinery operates smoothly and is prepared for Smart Factory enhancements such as automation and data connectivity
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of any Technical or Associate course/s (Industrial Technology or Mechatronics).
- Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 1 - 2 years work experience as equipment technician or process technical assistant in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)
- Familiarity with automation systems, barcode tools, or digital production platforms.
- Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office.
- Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
- Basic understanding of PLC or machine communication is a plus.
