Equipment Engineering Technician – MNC Semiconductor | Backend & Test

Equipment Engineering Technician supporting backend semiconductor inspection and test processes, operating and maintaining test equipment including VITROX Scanner, ICOS, or MicroVision systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Location: North Region
Employment: 12 months contract (Renewable)
Working Hours: 12-hour shift pattern
Key Responsibilities
Support backend semiconductor inspection and test processes
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot backend inspection/test equipment
Identify and troubleshoot equipment-related issues
Support equipment performance and operational activities
Work independently to resolve technical issues
Follow required quality, safety and operational procedures
Requirements
Minimum Nitec or Diploma in any Engineering discipline
Experience in backend semiconductor inspection/test processes
Hands-on experience with VITROX Scanner, ICOS or MicroVision equipment is highly preferred
Experience in an electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment is an advantage
Able to work independently and troubleshoot equipment-related issues
Good technical and problem-solving skills
