Equipment Maintenance Manager
MNC with manufacturing in the Westregion
- Operations maintenance of all equipment for production and facilities are maintained at optimal level
- Plan, schedule and oversee daily equipment PM (preventive & predictive), CM activities without disrupting production
- Implement continuous improvement programs and promote safety work culture
- Lead and mentor a group of maintenance staff including contractors
- Investigate equipment failure and recommend corrective action plans
- Track work order and asset history through systems
- Prompt response to equipment breakdown and minimize downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis, MTBF and MTTR and implement CAPA on failures
- Ensure safety, environment standards, risk management and company policies compliance
- Responsible for maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory level and labour costs
- Manage external vendor and conductors on work performance and safety compliance
- Negotiate service agreement and contracts with procurement team
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Prepare reports for senior management
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing environment and 4 years in managing ateam.
- Implementation knowledge of lean manufacturing, total productive maintenance or six sigma concept
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Understanding of PLCs, automation, and control systems (preferred)
