As a Mechanic I/II/III with TxDOT's Amarillo District's E-Way Maintenance Section, you'll put your mechanical expertise to work maintaining, diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment that support critical highway and bridge operations across the state. From troubleshooting complex mechanical issues to ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently, you'll tackle challenging, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
