Plainview Maintenance Section is seeking an individual with a talent for turning complex machinery into reliable, smooth-running equipment. In this role, you will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, develop innovative maintenance solutions, and approach every task with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, equipment modifications, and repairs designed to extend asset life and minimize downtime.
Successful candidates will have hands-on experience maintaining a variety of equipment, calibrating systems, training and supporting team members, and collaborating with cross-functional groups. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous improvement are essential.
