Summary
Refurbishes and repairs kitchen equipment to operational standards, performing inspections, cleaning, part replacements, and functional testing in a hands-on technical role.

- Work closely with service teams to prioritize refurbishment tasks.
- Assist in training new technicians on refurbishment processes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or refurbishment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Preferred skills
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting.
- Ability to lift up to 75 to 100 pounds
- Perform tasks involving bending, standing, and manual twisting/crouching
