EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST in the Manufacturing Operations Branch, Prototype, & Manufacturing Division, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
You will gather, correlate and analyze facts, complex problems and issue, develop new procedures and criteria and tactfully deal with personnel representing various levels of the organization and technical backgrounds.
You will train and mentor lower-level artisans to operate safely while meeting shop capacity.
You will communicate orally and in writing.
