Equity Analyst

are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Equity Analyst to join our dynamic
research team at a reputable securities brokerage firm. The role involves
contributing to our team’s efforts through financial modeling, data analysis,
and comprehensive report writing. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree
in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, has 1–3 years
of relevant experience, and preferably has completed CFA Level 1. Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong written
communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
· Financial Modeling, Analysis, and Research:
o Develop, maintain, and
update financial models using Microsoft Excel.
o Analyze economic, market,
and industry data, and monitor market trends and company news.
o Interpret model outputs to
assess company performance in support of investment recommendations.
· Reporting & Presentation:
o Prepare clear and detailed
financial reports for internal and external clients
o Incorporate quantitative
and qualitative analysis using text and charts.
o Create high-impact reports
and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Task Planning and Management:
o Manage daily tasks and
projects with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to
meet deadlines.
o Collaborate with the
research team on various team projects to deliver timely analysis and reports.
· Teamwork and Communication:
o Exhibit a strong ability to
work independently through self-motivation, while also taking initiative and
contributing effectively within a close-knit team.
o Communicate effectively
both verbally and in writing in English and Arabic, ensuring clarity in
report-writing and team discussions.
Qualifications
and Skills
· Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Preferably, CFA Level 1
completed or in progress.
· Experience:
o 1–3 years of relevant
experience in a financial or research role, ideally within a securities
brokerage environment.
· Technical Skills:
o Capable of building and
updating equity valuation models, and responsible for maintaining a number of
assigned models concurrently
o Proficient in Microsoft
Excel with experience in financial modeling application.
o Skilled in Microsoft
PowerPoint for creating effective reports.
· Attention to Detail:
o High level of precision in
data analysis and report generation.
o Consistent meticulous
attention to detail.
· Communication:
o Excellent written
communication skills in both professional English and Arabic.
