Job Description:

- Supports Labor/Employee Relations Manager to provide high-level services to employees and stakeholders in the Human Resources community.

- Answer employee questions and issues through internal channel and face-to-face communication.

- Assist policy updates and changes and update to employees.

- Gathers information and conducts initial investigation of employee relations incidents.

- Provides support on performance management
