兒童美語老師（中/外籍）

上課對象：4歲-12歲學生（小班制）
工作時間：週一到週五按課表排課
工作薪資：600-1000/hr, 依經驗給薪
資格限制：有經驗、英文相關科系畢業佳

主要工作內容：
1.負責教學活動規劃與執行。
2.準備課程內容、教材、課程資料以及課後作業等。
3.依據教學目標協助外師授課，並評估學生學習狀況以調整授課進度。
4.班內行政事務。
5.參與開會，討論與設計教案 。
6.擅長觀察國小孩童學習行為，喜愛與國小孩童相處，與家長溝通。

Target Students: Ages 4–12 (Small class sizes)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Scheduled according to the class timetable)
Salary: 600 – 1,000 NTD / hour (Commensurate with experience)
Qualifications: Teaching experience required; a degree in English, Education, or a related field is highly preferred.

1. Plan, organize, and execute engaging teaching activities.
2. Prepare course content, teaching materials, classroom resources, and homework assignments.
3. Handle routine administrative tasks within the classroom.
4. Participate in staff meetings to discuss, brainstorm, and design lesson plans.
5. Must genuinely enjoy interacting with elementary-aged children and maintain effective, proactive communication with parents.
