ERMS Projects & Support Specialist
Description
Help deliver digital solutions that make a difference across the New Zealand health system.
Are you organised, passionate about better health outcomes and confident working with clinical and digital professionals? Do you enjoy understanding client needs and turning them into practical solutions?
We are looking for an ERMS Projects & Support Specialist to join our team at Pegasus Health.
This varied, hands-on role supports the implementation and ongoing delivery of our Electronic Referral Management System (ERMS). You’ll work with our implementation, product, development and support teams, as well as healthcare clients and end users, to configure ERMS solutions accurately and deliver smooth implementations.
From working through the detail of a system change to guiding a client through a solution, delivering a demonstration or resolving a support issue, you’ll bring a practical, people-focused approach.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of ERMS implementation activities
- Translate client requirements into practical ERMS configurations and system changes
- Coordinate client onboarding, system access and the transition to go-live
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and identify appropriate ERMS solutions
- Configure ERMS changes in line with agreed project and implementation requirements
- Manage assigned support requests and help resolve end-user issues
- Collaborate with developers and the Application Support Team to investigate defects and access issues
- Assist with testing new product features and enhancements
- Deliver online and in-person ERMS demonstrations and training
- Maintain clear and accurate project, client and support documentation
- Support stakeholder meetings and client communications
- Keep up to date with ERMS Online and its integrations with practice management systems
- Represent ERMS at relevant GP conferences and events when required.
What you’ll bring
You enjoy solving complex problems, work well independently and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical people.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience or more in project coordination, implementation support, customer service or a similar role in digital technology or health
- Confidence working with clients by phone, email, video call and in person
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other business applications
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to solving problems and finding practical solutions
- A strong client focus and a genuine commitment to quality service
- Strong organisational skills and well-developed skills in logging support requests and maintaining clear documentation
Experience with or knowledge of the New Zealand health system, practice management systems or web-based applications would be an advantage but is not essential.
Why join us?
At Pegasus Health, you’ll join a collaborative team supporting better-connected healthcare. You’ll build your experience in health technology, system implementation and project coordination, while working with a wide range of people across the health sector.
Ready for your next challenge? Apply now and help keep clinicians and care providers connected.
Please note that this role may involve occasional travel to conferences and client sites, as well as occasional after-hours training sessions.
