ERP Application Consultant
Summary
Consultant implements and configures cloud-based ERP systems for clients, documents requirements, trains users, and provides ongoing support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Cloud ERP Project Implementation and Consultancy Services.
- Plan Project Schedule and Deliverables.
- Analyze and document customers’ business requirement.
- Identify, evaluate and propose Cloud ERP Solutions to customers.
- Setup and Configure ERP Cloud Solutions based on customers’ requirements.
- Assist in System Integration, Programs Testing and Customize Reports.
- Conduct Cloud Software Training and Coaching.
- Work with team members in delivering solutions.
- Provide post-implementation and helpdesk support.
- Comply with Cloud ERP Methodology.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or University Degree in Accountancy, Business, IT or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience of ERP Project Implementation will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good consultancy skills and keen in building customer relationships.
- Able to work in fast pace environment and deliver quality work.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
