ERP Application Service Manager

Application Service Manager to lead end-to-end SAP application service delivery and drive operational excellence.

Hiring: ERP Application Service Manager (SAP)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP application support and service delivery with a focus on SLA adherence and system availability.
• Lead and mentor a team of ERP analysts, developers, and support specialists.
• Optimize application performance, manage upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, drive user adoption, and lead change management initiatives.
• Support ERP implementation projects, releases, and governance activities.

Required Experience:

• 8 10 years of ERP/SAP application management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SAP applications such as SAP GTS, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, ITIL-based service management, cloud platforms (SAP Cloud, Azure, AWS), integrations, and ERP operations.
• Experience managing ERP implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL, PMP, or SAP certifications.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Financial Services domains.
