ERP Application Support (Manufacturing/ 1-Yr Contract Renewable/ UP $6k)
Job Overview
We are looking for an ERP Application Support professional to manage ERP-related projects, provide day-to-day application support, and assist with ERP implementation activities. The role will also involve coordination with the Japan ERP team for new project promotion and system enhancement initiatives. This position is suitable for candidates with IT application support experience, ERP system knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating ERP application activities across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage project activities related to the company’s ERP applications, including systems such as the Aspara Pacific companies’ ERP applications.
- Provide daily support for ERP applications and assist in implementation projects.
- Coordinate with the Japan ERP team for new project promotion and ERP-related initiatives.
- Support users in troubleshooting ERP application issues and ensuring smooth system operations.
- Participate in system enhancement, testing, implementation, and project coordination activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to support ERP-related business requirements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related experience required.
- Experience in IT application support.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
- SAP S/4HANA support experience would be an advantage.
Educational Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
- Great communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Good understanding of ERP application support and implementation processes.
- Ability to coordinate across teams, including regional or overseas stakeholders.
- Language ability in Bahasa Indonesia/ and Japanese would be advantageous to communicate with stakeholders in Indonesia and Japan HQ.
