ERP Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Summary
Designs and architects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into scalable architectures and supporting implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Core stack: Business Central/Dynamics NAV, APIs, Azure, and Power Platform, with occasional client travel to Dubai.
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to join our international team and support the delivery of enterprise-scale ERP transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting Business Central solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements across diverse industries.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams to define scalable ERP architectures, support implementation projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, including occasional business travel to Dubai to support workshops, project delivery, and client engagement activities.

- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV / Dynamics NAV) implementations
- Experience in the role of Solution Architect, ERP Architect, or Senior Functional/Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Business Central architecture, configuration, and customization
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations
- Experience designing integrations with external systems and APIs
- Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
- Strong understanding of ERP best practices and enterprise-scale implementations
- Experience in project estimation, planning, and costing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips to Dubai and other client locations when required
- Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
Nice to have:
- Experience with Dynamics NAV migrations to Business Central
- Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
