ERP Business Analyst (3 positions)
About the role
We are seeking ERP Business Analysts to join Ecosoft Co., Ltd. in a full-time capacity, based at our Rat Burana Bangkok office. In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, playing a crucial part in the successful implementation and optimisation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. As an ERP Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in helping our organisation streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple departments and functions.
What you'll be doing
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and perform As-Is / To-Be and Gap Analysis
Configure ERP System (Odoo / ERPNext) to meet the client’s requirements.
Coordinate with developers, review deliverables, and run UAT
Perform functional testing, both internal and external, with users, such as Smoke Test, User Acceptance Test (UAT), and System Integration Test (SIT)
Prepare the user manual and perform User Training
Work on Data template Design, validation, and Migration.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the go-live system before handing over to the support team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest of our solutions, features, and technologies to provide practical solutions to clients
Report progress and risks to the Project Manager
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Functional Consultant (Junior candidates will be considered)
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills for client-facing work
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent Professional communication abilities
Hard-working and highly responsible
Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
Good teamwork mindset and adaptable to a fast-paced Agile working process
Knowledge of project management methodologies, whether through experience or education
