ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a recruitment company helping a leading global manufacturing solutions provider hire an ERP Business Analyst (Supply Chain). You'll drive digital transformation across supply chain operations by implementing enterprise ERP systems that optimize productivity and efficiency. This is a strategic role for a technical analyst who can bridge business needs with system solutions and guide organizations through successful digital transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supply Chain Analysis & ERP Strategy – Conduct thorough analysis of existing supply chain operations; develop comprehensive ERP transformation roadmaps
• Requirements & System Design – Gather user requirements; design system configurations; ensure solutions meet business process needs
• ERP Implementation & Testing – Lead full ERP implementation lifecycle; manage project schedules; coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• User Enablement & Training – Develop comprehensive user training programs; build organizational competency through knowledge sharing
• Post-Implementation Support – Provide ongoing system maintenance and support; troubleshoot issues
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with business teams and IT departments; adhere to IT project governance policies
Must Have QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education – Bachelor's degree
• ERP Experience – Must have experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation; at least 1 complete ERP project implementation cycle
• Supply Chain Knowledge – Strong supply chain business processes; currently or previously worked in manufacturing company (must have); experience in ERP implementation
• English; Cantonese/Mandarin required
• Frequent travel to China
NICE-TO-HAVE (BONUS POINTS)
• Experience with multiple ERP systems
• Background in manufacturing or supply chain industry
• Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, WIP, MRP or ASCP, etc.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
