Summary
Provides functional support for SAP Materials Management (MM) — purchasing, inventory, and master data — including end-to-end implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support, working with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and IT. Requires 3–4 years of SAP MM experience; S/4HANA and Fiori exposure preferred.
Main Task :
- Provide functional support for SAP Materials Management (MM), covering purchasing, inventory management, and master data.
- Support end-to-end SAP implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications and test cases.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.
- Monitor MRP processes, identify system usage issues, incorrect parameters, and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and improve business processes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in SAP MM functional support or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor & Material Master Data, and Purchasing Info Records.
- Understanding of SAP integration with SD, FI, and WM.
- SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable; SAP Fiori experience preferred.
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus.
- Good English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java.
