ERP Business & Data Analyst - 3691943 (USA)

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their ERP Business & Data Analyst position! This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity and will be remote in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP and VMS systems to drive critical business decisions
• Validate incoming service-provider data for accuracy, column mapping, and calculation integrity across multiple data sources
• Support a company-wide initiative processing data through AWS and Snowflake with Sigma reporting capabilities
• Maintain and update functional documentation, process flows, and standard requirements documents for external service providers
• Develop data models and identify patterns to optimize complex business processes across multiple lines of business
• Execute data validation and testing scripts to ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline
• Collaborate with service providers during knowledge-transfer sessions and translate insights into actionable testing requirements
• Write complex SQL queries to join and analyze data without creating new database tables
• Partner with QA teams on end-to-end testing and validation efforts
• Administer ERP system configurations, troubleshoot data-related issues, and coordinate technical changes with IT and vendors

What You'll Need to Have:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst with both skill sets combined
• Proven ability to work with large data sets involving complex business processes across multiple operators and business lines
• Advanced SQL proficiency - this is an absolute requirement for success in this role
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and data processing
• ERP implementation or digital product experience with system administration capabilities
• Strong ability to absorb, retain, and apply information from documentation and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Proficiency with data modeling, requirements documentation, and testing validation methodologies
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and collaboration tools such as Miro
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple priorities

Pay Range: $50 - $55+/hr
