Requirements:- Proven experience leading change on large transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, communications and training expertise
- Excellent project management, governance and RAID management skills
- ERP transformation experience, ideally with COINS ERP
- Experience in construction, homebuilding or operational field-based environments is highly desirable
- Lead the change strategy and business change plan
- Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and training programmes
- Drive business readiness across regional, site-based and central teams
- Track adoption, manage risks and support go-live, cutover and hypercare activities
- Work closely with programme, project and technical teams to support successful delivery
