Summary
ERP consultant delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations for clients in Bangkok: gathering requirements, running gap analysis, configuring Finance/Purchasing/Sales/Inventory/Production modules, coordinating customizations, and supporting UAT, training, and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
Design and implement ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Prepare Functional Design Documents, Gap Analysis, and workflow documentation
Configure system modules (Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Production, etc.)
Collaborate with the Development team for system customization
Conduct UAT, provide user training, and support Go-live activities
Provide business process improvement recommendations
Deliver post-implementation support and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or related fields
Proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel to client sites when required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP, Oracle)
Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts
Good command of English
Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications
