Stellar Advisory is the most recognised Yardi implementation partner in the Netherlands and supports some of the largest real estate owners and asset managers in and around the Netherlands. Several of our clients manage portfolios exceeding 1,000,000 m2.
We are now building a new delivery hub in Novi Sad, Serbia, to support our growth across Europe.
The hub will be led by Bozidar Vujanovic. Bozidar was educated and raised in the Netherlands, relocated to Novi Sad two years ago, and joined Stellar Advisory based on his strong track record with the most renowned real estate asset management companies. Stellar has a clear vision of what is possible within Yardi and aims to grow into the leading European Yardi specialist, managing and optimizing complete real estate portfolios for clients.
We are hiring multiple roles for this new office. While Yardi knowledge is a major plus, it is not required. Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions is highly relevant for several roles.
About the role
We are looking for a consultant with ERP experience who wants to grow into a Yardi specialist. You will support enterprise client projects and learn Yardi through real implementations. This role suits someone who enjoys working on business processes, finance flows and operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
· Support enterprise implementation projects with functional consulting
· Map business processes to system configuration
· Work on finance and operational workflows (AP, AR, GL, lease administration)
· Support end user training and documentation
· Support testing cycles and go live preparation
· Contribute to continuous improvements after go live
Requirements
· 3 to 5 years of ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
· Understanding of business processes (finance and operations)
· Strong analytical skills and ability to learn fast
· Excellent English communication]
