We are currently seeking an ERP Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team in Perth.

This is a hands-on role supporting the implementation, development and ongoing operation of our Epicor ERP environment, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, Power BI and Epicor development.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our Epicor ERP implementation across data migration, validation, reporting and business intelligence.

You will work with Data Owners and business users to understand their requirements and translate these into practical reporting, data and system solutions. You will also assist throughout business process testing, UAT and go-live, helping identify and resolve data and reporting issues as they arise.

Following implementation, the role will continue to support the ongoing development of our Epicor environment, including reporting, data quality, analytics, application functionality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Epicor BAQs, RDL Reports and Power BI reports.

• Support data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and reconciliation for the Epicor implementation.

• Assist with data and reporting validation throughout BPT, UAT and go-live.

• Develop and maintain Epicor BAQs, BPMs and application functionality to support business requirements.

• Identify and resolve data quality issues and support consistent data definitions and standards.

• Ensure reporting and data solutions are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.

• Build strong knowledge of Epicor data structures, processes and relationships.

• Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline reporting and data processes.

• Work collaboratively with the IT Projects & ERP Manager, IT team and business stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.

• 2 to 5 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, business systems or a similar role.

• Practical experience with SQL, Power BI or similar data and reporting technologies.

• Experience or a strong interest in Power BI and data visualisation.

• An understanding of ERP systems and business processes, or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
