Position: ERP Department Manager
Key Responsibilities
Manage ERP (SAP) projects across business units, including problem analysis and system design, to improve processes in procurement, production, warehouse management, domestic and export sales, maintenance, and accounting & finance for the pulp and paper group
Study emerging technologies and apply them appropriately to enhance the ERP environment
Advise and guide the IT SAP team and other departments on development approaches and problem-solving for ERP projects
Oversee SAP license management and approve changes to user access to ERP programs and reports, in line with internal and external audit recommendations
