About the role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer specialising in Microsoft Dynamics NAV to join the technology team at Bonjour Co., Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Yannawa, Bangkok. As an ERP Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise resource planning systems, ensuring they meet the evolving business requirements of our organisation. This position is integral to our digital transformation initiatives and will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our core business operations.
What you'll be doing
Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions tailored to business requirements and organisational processes
Design and implement new features and functionalities within the ERP system to enhance operational efficiency
Conduct systems analysis and provide technical recommendations for system improvements and optimisations
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the ERP environment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Perform data migration, integration, and system testing activities
Document technical specifications, system designs, and implementation procedures
Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities
Participate in system upgrades and patches to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an ERP Developer with substantial expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other Microsoft Dynamics platforms
Strong proficiency in C/AL programming language or equivalent development skills
Solid understanding of database design principles and SQL Server
Experience with system customisation, configuration, and implementation projects
Demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and translate them into technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or related technologies are advantageous
Experience with integration tools and APIs is preferred
Knowledge of best practices in ERP system development and deployment
