ERP Developer
WRP Studios is looking for a skilled ERP Developer with 2–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and implement ERP solutions based on business needs
- Modify and extend existing ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Inventory, etc.)
- Develop integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications
- Write efficient, scalable, and well-documented code
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance
- Provide ongoing support, upgrades, and enhancements to ERP systems
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar)
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Understanding of core ERP business processes (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with ERP customization frameworks or modules
- Exposure to cloud-based ERP platforms
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Relevant ERP certifications (a plus)
