ERP Finance Consultant (Infor M3)
We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance Consultant to support and improve finance-related business processes and systems within an international organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and other stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into system and process improvements.
- Configure and support ERP solutions, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to evaluate and implement solutions.
- Lead projects, workshops, and change management initiatives.
- Prepare documentation, business cases, risk assessments, and status updates.
- Provide user training, coaching, and ongoing support.
- Act as a subject matter expert for finance-related ERP systems and business processes.
- Drive continuous process optimization and standardization.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, finance systems, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects, stakeholders, and organizational change.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams.
