ERP Functional Analyst

This position is at the Managerial level. As an ERP Functional Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technology by optimizing end-to-end ERP processes, leading fit-gap analysis, UAT, and system implementations. You will manage ERP architecture, integrations, and SQL troubleshooting while collaborating across IT and business teams and leading a team of Functional Analysts to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP Functional Analysis, ERP Business Analysis, System Analysis, ERP Implementation, or related roles.

• Minimum 3 years of experience at Senior Supervisor or managerial level.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory/Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Finance.

• Experienced in gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, and translating user needs into functional and system requirements.

• Familiar with ERP configuration, system integration, API concepts, and database structures.

• Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data analysis, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Experienced in ERP implementation or enhancement projects, including requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Accurate, or other ERP platforms is an advantage.

• Willing to work on-site in Malang, East Java, and open to placement in West Jakarta
