ERP Infor M3 Finance Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance Consultant to support and improve finance-related business processes and systems within an international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance and other stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into system and process improvements.

• Configure and support ERP solutions, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams and external vendors to evaluate and implement solutions.

• Lead projects, workshops, and change management initiatives.

• Prepare documentation, business cases, risk assessments, and status updates.

• Provide user training, coaching, and ongoing support.

• Act as a subject matter expert for finance-related ERP systems and business processes.

• Drive continuous process optimization and standardization.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, finance systems, business analysis, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

• Hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP; knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience managing projects, stakeholders, and organizational change.

• Fluent English and Polish.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams.
