ERP Manager

About the role
Lead the ERP team supporting the Infor CSIE (LN) system across Finance, Planning, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Production. Own day-to-day ERP operations after go-live: incident handling, root cause analysis, and system stability.
Key responsibilities
Manage enhancements and change requests, including reports (Infor Birst), labels (FactoryTrack), and interfaces with MES and customer systems
Manage the vendor relationship with Infor: support contract, SLA, change orders, and escalations
Work with business process owners to improve processes and train end users
Plan and manage the ERP budget, licenses, and subscription renewals
Support integration work between ERP and MES (FactoryWorks) and future data projects (Data Lake)
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of ERP experience, with 3+ years in a manager or team lead role
Hands-on experience with Infor LN / CSIE is strongly preferred; SAP or Oracle ERP background with manufacturing experience is acceptable
Experience in a manufacturing environment, semiconductor or electronics preferred
Experience managing ERP implementation or go-live support is a plus
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong vendor management and communication skills
