ERP Manager
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 per month
About the role
This role combines ERP system configuration and implementation with data management leadership responsibilities. You will manage the Yana DMS system, oversee ERP rollouts for dealers, and lead the Data Management Section as a department head.
Key responsibilities
Configuration and workflow setup of ERP focusing on financial accounting, such as general ledger, AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory, Assets, and financial reports
Develop ERP system rollout and implementation plan for dealers
Conduct ERP system training and support for dealer end-users
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for workflow mapping and optimization
Handle ERP system data migration and integration
Lead department budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring
Develop plans for section improvement according to departmental objectives
Lead section members and oversee all tasks and responsibilities
Monitor section member KPIs and prepare rating summaries
Provide weekly reporting of section activities and performance to management
About you
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related course
3 years' experience in requirement definition and implementation of major business applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Proficient in budgeting and forecasting
