ERP Project Manager (Data Migration)
Summary
Oversee ERP/HRIS data migration and TSA governance during a corporate carve-out, managing stakeholders, vendors, and service delivery to ensure a smooth transition.
We are seeking an experienced ERP / HRIS TSA Manager to oversee Transition Service Agreement (TSA) governance, service delivery, and migration execution during a corporate separation/carve-out. In this role, you will lead cross-functional alignment between the Seller, Buyer, and third-party vendors, ensuring operational stability and a seamless transition toward a successful TSA exit.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Stakeholder Management: Lead ERP/HRIS TSA governance frameworks and align key stakeholders across Seller, Buyer, and service provider teams.
Service Delivery: Oversee ongoing ERP operations, ensuring stable service performance and adherence to TSA SLAs.
Change & Risk Management: Manage change requests, mitigate operational risks, resolve issues, and align cross-workstream dependencies.
Data & Vendor Management: Supervise ERP and cross-system data extractions, data provisioning, and delivery by third-party vendors.
TSA Exit & Migration Readiness: Drive end-to-end migration planning, execution readiness, and final ERP TSA exit activities.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in M&A, carve-outs, or divestitures managing TSAs (Transition Service Agreements) for ERP/HRIS platforms.
Strong background in ERP/HRIS service delivery, data governance, and vendor management.
Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership during complex system migrations.
